Create Application Button Missing in View Browser App

When we search the VIEW BROWSER app in app finder and got to know that CREATE APPLICATION is missing

Root Cause

For this Extensibility Setting must be turned ON

NOTE: This is only available in Starter Customizing system or Customizing system of Development Tenant

Steps to resolve this:

Step 1: Go to app finder and type Extensibility Settings

Step 2: Turn on the Key User Extensibility

This is irreversible irreversible

Step 3: After Refresh or Re-login, TRY AGAIN

Result: Now button is available
